Please note that items purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for exchange or refund unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email within 10 days of delivery to register your exchange or return request with your order ID.
Pack the Product
Ensure the footwear is unworn and placed back in its original Bata box along with the invoice and all original tags still attached.
Ship to Warehouse
Send the package back to our central warehouse via a traceable courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Check and Resolution
Once received, our team will perform a quality inspection and process your replacement or store credit within 7 to 10 working days.
